Training Programs:

All sheep dog training classes are on hold as we relocate and settle our family into a new home. If you are interested in training your dog on sheep then drop us a line and we will add you to our newsletter email list. It has always been our policy to not train in the hot summer months. This is to ensure the wellbeing of all animals involved. Sheep Dog training classes will recommence late in February 2009. Eric is available for Behavourial training anytime.

Special trainee events

From time to time we organise Short Course trials and coaching clinics for our clients. 

Trials and coaching clinics are usually divided into morning and afternoon sessions and charges depend on the format and length of the day.

Trials and coaching clinics are only open to graduates of our training courses.

Trainees are notified of these events when they come up.

We also run beginner sessions which involves 6 participants here on the farm at Canungra for 3 hours. Some people come just for the experience. Others will follow up with further training. What you take from the experience is entirely up to you. Everyone has lots of fun, especially our canine friends. These sessions run at a cost of $60 including a coffee and cake break.

As mentioned at the top of this page, training is on hold for the time being.

Public Demonstrations

The Working Sheep Dog Show is available for special events.  If your committee would like to book us for Sheep Dog Demonstrations, Special Dog Training Clinics for your group, Shearing demonstrations, TV commercials, etc., then please contact us and together we will work out a specific program  for your special event.
